Staff Team

Our staff team consists of a Registered Manager, a Team Manager, Senior Community Support Workers, Community Support Workers, and a hub of Coordinators specialising in Human Resources, Compliance, Rota Management, Corporate and Care.

Our Staff

All Francis House Homecare staff are expected to complete mandatory training as well as ongoing supplementary courses throughout the year. We also provide specialist training on a wide range of subjects, including:

managing challenging behaviour, PEG feeding, stoma care, autism, and dementia. Positive Behaviour Support planning, and mental health conditions.

Staff who are new to care are expected to complete the Care Certificate before they can start delivering care independently. Most of our community support worker team either have, or are working towards, their QCF in Health and Social Care, level 2 or 3.

Our senior team have a wide range of experience and qualifications including QCF level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care as well as having a minimum of QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care.
