We are based in Bedford and you would be required to work in Bedford and surrounding areas.

ABOUT YOU

We would love to hear from you if you are:

  • a caring individual
  • gain satisfaction from helping others
  • enjoy working with people as part of a team but can also work independently
  • flexible and adaptable
  • interested in working within the social care setting

You will have experience and knowledge of supporting and caring for people with complex mental health needs, who may also be on the autistic spectrum and may also have acquired brain injury and challenging behaviour. Ideally, you should have NVQ level 3 “Health and Social Care” and experience in managing others. You should be highly motivated and possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Please note that you must be able to get to Bedford each day without too much difficulty.
